Your tasks

• Prepare construction and coordination meetings and document them
• Financial follow-up, cost control, and forecasting
• Connecting and requesting quotes from suppliers
• Support in contract law issues and change processes
• Contribute to planning and alignments in project timelines
• Drive digital working methods and tool development
• Identify and drive your own areas for improvement

Worth knowing

The position is located in Visby and requires you to live or move to Gotland. If you are not currently residing on the island, we look forward to welcoming you to a lifestyle where proximity to the sea, nature, and community is combined with exciting projects. The work requires travel between workplaces and some mobility within the region (Småland, Blekinge). Since the work involves security-classified projects, Swedish citizenship is required, and you must undergo a security clearance according to applicable legislation.

Our expectations

We are looking for someone with experience from the construction or civil engineering industry, post-secondary education in construction, engineering, or economics, and good digital skills. You have the ability to structure, prioritize, and drive work forward independently.

You who apply have had a similar role as a project engineer or assisted in planning, finance, procurement, or technical documentation. Your commitment, technical understanding, structure, and ability to drive processes in early stages are crucial for success in this role.

You thrive in collaboration, communicate clearly, and have an analytical approach. Knowledge of contract law, financial follow-up, or purchasing is an advantage. A driver's license is a requirement for the position.
